Notice on virtual payment options

Dear Parent,

This notice is to inform the payment methods prevailing at the school for your convenience. Please
find below the payment options that you can utilise without having to physically visit the school;

Payment option 01:

Parents can directly deposit the school fees through Commercial Bank cash deposit machines to the
following account;

• Account Name: RIS Kurunegala Pvt Ltd
• Bank: – Commercial Bank
• A/C No: – 1122014944 (City Office, Kurunegala)

Please note that it is very important to update the student index and the class as the payment narration
before confirming the deposit.

Once the payment is deposited, parent should also send the deposit slip with the student name, index
no and the class mentioned through WhatsApp to 076 285 5366.

deposit cash through a cash deposit machine;

Payment option 02:

Parents can also deposit the school fee payment through Commercial Bank branches by filling a
deposit slip and handing over to the bank counter. The following bank details have to be entered;

• Account Name: RIS Kurunegala Pvt Ltd
• Bank: – Commercial Bank
• A/C No: – 1122014944 (City Office, Kurunegala)

Please note that it is compulsory to fill the student index and the class in the slip before proceeding
with the deposit.

Once the payment is deposited, parents should also send the deposit slip with the student name, index
no and the class mentioned through WhatsApp to 076 285 5366.

Payment option 03:

Parents can make a fund transfer to complete the school fee payment through an online banking portal
to the below account;

• A/C No: – 1122014944 (City Office, Kurunegala)

Please note that it is an essential requirement to update the student index and the class as the payment
narration before confirming the transfer.

Once the payment is transferred, the parent should also send the deposit slip with the student name,
index no and the class mentioned through WhatsApp to 076 285 5366.

Further, we are also pleased to inform you that you can now request the outstanding school fees amount via WhatsApp by messaging 076 302 0333. Parents are encouraged to send a WhatsApp
message with the student name, index no and class to 076 302 0333 for inquiries regarding the
outstanding payment.
