The Annual Inter House Sports Meet – 2019

The Annual Inter House Sports Meet was successfully held with Brigadier Uditha Bandara (Deputy Commandant-Infantry Training Centre-Minneriya), gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest and Ms Amara Indumathi, (The first woman athlete to have represented Sri Lanka at the 2016 Summer Paralympics) attending the event as the Guest of Honour. An array of sprint events and obstacle courses for the primary children took place showcasing the athletic capabilities of the children within a friendly atmosphere of revelry. For the first time in the history of RIS Sports Meet, Lincoln and Darwin House were crowned joint champions!
